Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication skills in verbal and written form
• Exceptional listening and relationship-building abilities
• Creative problem solving
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience
• Preferred experience in banking/credit card industries
• Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and resilience in metric-driven environments
• Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address and be located near Arnold, MO

Responsibilities

• Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, show empathy, and resolve issues using available tools.
• Handle Debit/Credit Card and Fraud-related calls, manage accounts and transactions.
• Maintain broad knowledge of client products and services.
• Prepare complete and accurate work with proper account notation.
• Track, document, and retrieve information in the call-tracking system.
• Assist with fraud prevention, collections, and dispute resolution.
• Deliver service that meets contractual KPIs.
