Qualifications

• You must be at least 18 years of age
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills in both verbal and written format
• Exceptional listening and relationship building
• Creative problem solver
• Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
• Preferred experience in banking and credit card industries
• Strong PC knowledge and computer navigation skills
• Proficient in fast-paced multitasking and resilient in a metric-driven environment
• Eagerness to learn new technologies
• Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address, located near 1900 Meyer Drury Drive, Arnold, MO

Responsibilities

• Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while building rapport.
• Handle Debit/Credit Card and Fraud-related calls; manage accounts and transactions.
• Maintain broad knowledge of client products and services.
• Prepare complete and accurate work with proper account notation.
• Track, document, and retrieve information in call-tracking databases.
• Be comfortable with fraud prevention, collections, and transaction disputes.
• Ensure service meets contractual KPIs.
• Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile.
