Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience; or
• High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years’ experience in a sales and service environment required
• Retail / branch banking experience in operations and sales or similar experience within the financial services industry
• Extensive knowledge of banking/financial products and services, and ability to grasp finance concepts
• Must project a welcoming presence when interacting with customers
• Must be digitally savvy and comfortable using digital banking technology
• Detail oriented with excellent follow-through
• Agile and resourceful in a fast-paced environment
• Upbeat, growth-minded and quick learner
• Strategic thinker who can work independently or in a team
