Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years’ experience in a sales and service environment.
• Retail / branch banking experience in operations and sales or similar in financial services.
• Extensive knowledge of banking products and services and financial concepts.
• Welcoming presence when interacting with customers.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Digitally savvy with comfort using digital banking tools to fulfill day-to-day needs.
