Job summary

First Hawaiian Bank in Lihue seeks a Banking Consultant to deliver an exceptional in-branch customer service experience by proactively engaging with customers to identify needs, demonstrate our digital banking options, fulfill customers’ day-to-day transactional needs, and advise on the full range of financial products and services available to suit their financial needs.

The role requires strong communication, cash handling, and sales skills, with a Monday–Friday schedule and rotating

Qualifications

Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience in a business-related field.
High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years’ experience in a sales and service environment.
2 years of cash handling experience required.
2 years of customer service, referrals and sales experience required.

Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional in-branch customer service experience by engaging with customers to identify needs and advise on financial options.
Demonstrate digital banking options and fulfill day-to-day transactional needs.
Advise customers on the full range of financial products and services available to suit their needs.
