Job summary

Huntington Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge. You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying goals, recommending deposits and other products, and processing transactions accurately while maintaining excellent service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role or a Bachelor's Degree.
• 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
• Educate customers on deposit products and other banking services.
• Refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
• Adhere to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies.
