Job summary

Huntington Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers and act as a financial concierge. You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying goals and recommending deposit products and services.

You will process transactions accurately, balance daily activity, and provide exemplary service while complying with bank policies. Office-based role with flexible arrangements where offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of customer service or military service, or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience in banking, financial services or goal-driven retail sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products and services.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through disciplined sales and referrals.
• Refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships and partnerships.
• Adhere to operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
