Job summary

Huntington Bancshares, Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge. You’ll retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying financial goals and suggesting suitable deposit and banking products.

You will process transactions accurately, balance daily, and deliver exemplary service while adhering to all policies. A path to stronger customer partnerships through proactive engagement is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and minimum 1 year of customer service or related role, or a Bachelor's Degree.
• 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services or goal-driven retail sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
• Refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
