Job summary

Huntington Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge. You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying financial goals, recommending deposit products, and processing transactions accurately while balancing daily work with exemplary service.

You will educate customers on banking products, pursue new relationships, and participate in referrals while following all policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent
• 1 year of customer service or military service in an admin/contracting role or a Bachelor's Degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service and effectively resolving customer issues.
