City National Bank in Florida seeks a Sales Ops Service Manager for RBC/CNB Synergies to manage day-to-day client servicing and handle deposits operations. You will be the main liaison among clients and bank units, resolve inquiries, and explore cross-sell opportunities to expand client relationships.

The role requires a strong background in banking operations, risk management, and excellent communication, with a base salary and eligibility for bonus or commissions.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in client service or banking operations.
• Minimum 5 years in a banking or financial services environment.
• Experience with bank products and services (deposits, wealth management, cash management, international, etc.) required.

Mansioni

• Serve as primary liaison between the client and bank areas; follow up to ensure completion and satisfaction.
• Resolve client inquiries and complaints; take action to prevent future problems.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities across bank services.
• Review deposits; approve checks for cashing and transfers within authority; support mobile and online banking inquiries.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of bank products and services.
