Job summary

City National Bank in Columbus, OH seeks a Sales Ops Service Manager for RBC/CNB Synergies to service Relationship Manager/Banking Advisor clients and coordinate cross-functional operations. You will resolve inquiries, manage deposits, and identify cross-sell opportunities while maintaining risk controls and compliance.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least five years in client service or banking operations, with strong communication and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in client service, banking operations or banking relationship management support
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a banking or financial services environment
• Minimum 5 years of experience with bank products and services (deposits, wealth management, cash management, international, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Client Services: act as primary liaison between the client and all areas of the bank
• Follow up with client requests to ensure completion and satisfaction
• Resolve inquiries/complaints and take action to prevent future problems
• Cross-sell a wide variety of Bank services and introduce clients to relevant areas
• Participate in cross-sell activities with Relationship Manager/Banking Advisor
• Risk Management/Compliance: monitor and manage risk in client servicing and transactions
• Process deposits, approve checks for cashing, initiate wire transfers and related entries
• Review deposits and approvals within delegated authority
• Monitor account activity reports to pre-empt financial loss
• Escalate potential risk and maintain knowledge of account activity
• Facilitate new deposit account requests and complete KYCs
• Complete item approvals and maintain DARS report
