Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT engagements with clients in the industry.
• Ability to understand client's business and regulatory trends.
• Track record of managing and growing accounts.
• Excellent written and oral communication for presentations.
• People-person with ability to build relationships across client orgs.
• Ability to function as a trusted advisor.
• Understanding onsite-offshore delivery models and offshore partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships with a focus on creating a top-notch client experience.
• Customize engagement models (staff augmentation, managed capacity, managed services, and outcome-based models).
• Engage with client stakeholders to promote IRIS's business interests and position as a thought leader.
• Develop and execute an account plan to grow the relationship footprint and create new opportunities.
• Lead deals and guide presales and delivery teams through the sales cycle.
• Lead the IRIS team at the customer location.
• Update management regularly on potential risks, issues, and opportunities in an account.
• Handle escalations and negotiate with customers as required.
• Forecast revenue monthly and manage profitability of the accounts.
• Lead consulting and delivery teams through client environments aligning with IRIS' interests.
