In this in-office role, you’ll educate customers, identify opportunities, and refer to branch staff as needed, contributing to customer loyalty and broader wallet share in the Retail Banking organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles within financial services is preferred.
• Ability to identify opportunities and refer to branch staff as needed.
• Strong communication and listening skills for effective client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Delivers a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
• Educates customers on alternatives available for their financial interactions.
• Identifies banking opportunities during the customer interaction and refers as appropriate.
• Supports proactive sales conversations through internal and outbound interactions with a defined sales process including, service to sales, teller interactions, and effective lobby engagement.
