Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred and 2-5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Operational efficiency: handle a cash drawer and vault; follow audit and security policies.
• Monitor ATM balancing, vault and deposits; assist with end-of-day processes.
• Lead teller team, balance cash, review daily settlements and reconcile errors.
• Provide excellent client experiences; resolve client issues promptly.
• Cross-sell bank products and refer to bank partners to deepen relationships.
• Maintain schedules, coach staff, conduct meetings to promote sales and service.
• Ensure compliance with bank regulations, risk management and internal controls.
• Direct supervisory responsibilities for designated units and staff; participate in performance evaluations.

Education
