Responsibilities include driving efficiency, supervising audit/compliance, and supporting sales referrals to strengthen client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bank operations experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and strong judgment for approvals and overrides.
• Ability to communicate policy, procedure and compliance changes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center cash operations, including cashboxes, vault, ATM, and TCRs, ensuring balance and security.
• Process client transactions accurately with sound judgment to safeguard against fraud and errors.
• Manage access controls and secure handling of keys and sensitive assets.
• Lead client experience efforts and resolve client issues promptly.
• Cross-sell to bank partners to deepen client relationships.
• Observe, coach, and lead the processing team to execute strategic initiatives.
