Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience or equivalent education/experience mix.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center cash operations including cashboxes, vault, ATM, and TCRs to ensure proper handling and balancing.
• Process client transactions accurately with sound judgment for approvals and overrides to prevent fraud.
• Communicate policy, procedure, and compliance changes to the team and ensure adherence.
• Control access and secure handling of keys and sensitive assets per bank procedures.
• Lead client experience efforts to deliver excellent service and minimize wait times.
