Job summary

First Horizon Corp. seeks a Teller Supervisor to oversee tellers, ensure high levels of customer service, and support bank marketing efforts. You will supervise cash handling, vault control, daily balancing, and ATM processing while maintaining compliance with policies and risk controls.

You will lead training and coaching, participate in scheduling, and drive cross-sell referrals to strengthen client relationships and achieve center goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred and 2-5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

• Handle a cash drawer and ensure proper control of cash, following audit and security policies.
• Monitor daily balancing and processing of ATM transactions, audits, and vault cash.
• Lead teller team to deliver excellent client experiences and cross-sell bank products.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to tellers; assist in scheduling and meetings to rollout policies.
• Ensure compliance with bank regulations, internal controls, and ethical standards.

Education
