Job summary

First Horizon Bank is seeking an on-site Banking Center Supervisor in Memphis to oversee tellers and transactional processing, ensuring accurate handling of daily operations and exemplary customer service.

You will lead staff, monitor compliance with policies, support cross-selling efforts, and manage training and performance to meet center goals. Strong prior experience in banking operations is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Operational efficiency: Oversee center cash operations including cashboxes, vault, ATM, and TCRs to ensure center cash is managed, balanced, and secured within the established limits following bank policy.
• Compliance and risk management: Ensure compliance with bank regulations, policies, risk management, internal controls, and code of ethics.
• Client experience: Lead the Client Experience efforts of the banking center and resolve client issues effectively.
• Sales and service: Cross-sell and refer to bank partners to generate new business and deepen client relationships.
• Team management: Maintain workflow and scheduling, coach and lead the transactional processing team, and support training and performance development.

Education
