Job summary

First Horizon Bank is seeking an on-site Banking Center Supervisor to lead tellers and transactional staff, ensuring efficient daily operations and outstanding customer service. You will monitor cash operations, enforce controls, and support sales initiatives while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor's preferred) and 2-5 years of experience, with strong leadership, training, and client-focused skills to strengthen banking

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise tellers and support staff to ensure maximum customer service in a professional manner.
• Monitor and train transactional processing staff to support marketing efforts and cross-sell products.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures affecting day-to-day operations.
• Provide quality, timely customer service in processing daily financial transactions.
• Oversee cash operations, handle risk, audits, and internal controls.
• Lead client experience efforts and resolve issues to maintain service levels.
• Cross-sell bank products and refer clients to partners to deepen relationships.
• Manage scheduling and development of staff; conduct performance reviews and training.
