Job summary

You will train and monitor transactional staff, manage center cash operations, and oversee risk, audits, and security procedures to optimize daily financial transactions in a retail setting. Responsibilities include leading client experience efforts, coaching staff, scheduling, and promoting bank

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience supervising tellers and processing staff is beneficial.
• Strong customer service and cross-sell skills desired.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cash operations, including cashboxes, vault, ATM, and TCRs.
• Process client transactions accurately with sound approvals.
• Communicate policy, procedure, and compliance updates to the team.
• Manage access controls and secure handling of keys and assets.
• Lead client experience efforts and resolve client issues promptly.
• Cross-sell and refer to bank partners to deepen relationships.
• Schedule and supervise staff to maintain efficient operations.
• Coach and develop transactional processing team and conduct performance meetings.
