Responsibilities

• Oversee cash operations including cashboxes, vault, ATM, and TCRs ensuring balance and security.
• Process client transactions accurately and with approvals/overrides to prevent fraud.
• Inform staff of policy, procedure, and compliance changes in a timely manner.
• Manage access controls and secure handling of keys and sensitive assets.
• Lead client experience efforts and resolve client issues promptly.
