Qualifications

• Experience in banking center operations and customer service preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coach, lead and manage banking center team to ensure strategic initiatives are executed effectively.
• Establish relationships with key clients and partners to expand the client base.
• Deliver excellent client experiences and resolve client issues promptly.
• Recruit, train, and retain a high-performing Retail banking center team.
• Ensure compliance with bank regulations and internal controls.
• Monitor and improve operational efficiency and control expenses.
