Job summary

First Horizon Bank is seeking a motivated supervisor for our banking center to lead tellers and ensure top‑tier customer service. You will oversee cash operations, security controls, and daily processing while driving sales and client satisfaction.

The role emphasizes training, performance coaching, and adherence to bank policies. Onsite work with standard banking center hours and rotating Saturday shifts support our local Arkansas operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred with 2–5 years of experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center cash operations including cashboxes, vault, ATM, and TCRs to ensure security and accuracy.
• Process client transactions accurately and securely, providing approvals and overrides when needed to prevent fraud and errors.
• Lead client experience efforts to deliver excellent service and resolve client issues promptly.
• Cross-sell and refer to bank partners to deepen client relationships and grow business.
• Schedule staff, coach the tellers, and manage performance and training needs.
