Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center cash operations including cashboxes, vault, ATM, and TCRs.
• Process client transactions accurately and efficiently with sound judgment.
• Stay informed on policy, procedure, and compliance changes and communicate to team.
• Manage access controls and secure handling of keys and sensitive assets.
• Lead client experience efforts and resolve client issues effectively.
• Cross-sell and refer to bank partners to deepen client relationships.
• Maintain workflow and scheduling for transactional processing staff.
• Coach and lead the team; evaluate performance and training needs.
