Responsibilities

• Supervise tellers to deliver maximum customer service in a professional manner.
• Monitor teller performance and train staff on marketing efforts and product cross-sell.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures affecting day-to-day operations.
• Balance cash and monitor vault and ATM transactions, audits, and daily settlement.
• Lead client experience efforts and resolve client issues promptly.
• Cross-sell bank products and refer clients to bank partners to deepen relationships.
• Maintain security controls and audit procedures; schedule tellers and manage workflow.
• Conduct teller meetings to communicate new policies and ensure staff development.
