Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the teller team and client experience initiatives to ensure excellent service.
• Maintain balance and control of cash and vault operations, including audits and compliance.
• Schedule tellers and manage workflow to minimize customer wait times.
• Coach tellers, evaluate performance, and develop training plans.
• Comply with bank policies, risk management, audits, and regulatory requirements.
