Job summary

First Horizon Corp. is seeking a Banking Center Supervisor in Jonesboro, AR to lead tellers, ensure outstanding customer service, and support bank marketing initiatives.

You will oversee cash operations, train staff, enforce policies, manage risk, and drive client experience with cross-sell referrals.

On-site schedule requires some evenings and alternating Saturdays; a high school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s preferred with 2–5 years in retail banking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cash operations including cashboxes, vault, ATM and TCRs with secure balancing.
• Process client transactions accurately and monitor for fraud or errors.
• Communicate policy and compliance updates to the team.
• Maintain dual control and secure handling of keys and assets.
• Lead client experience by delivering excellent service and resolving issues.
• Cross-sell products and refer clients to bank partners.
• Manage staff scheduling, coaching, and performance development.
• Ensure open/close procedures meet audit and security requirements.
