Responsibilities

• Handle cash drawer and vault with strict audit controls.
• Balance daily cash and monitor teller cash limits.
• Lead client experience initiatives and resolve client issues.
• Cross-sell bank products and refer to partners.
• Supervise teller team and manage scheduling and training.
