Responsibilities

• Provide teller and platform support to minimize client wait times.
• Open and process new deposit accounts (checking, savings, IRAs, CDs, money market).
• Cross-sell and refer to bank partners to deepen client relationships.
• Conduct outbound calls to clients and prospects during campaigns.
• Assist with loan applications and hand off processing to the appropriate associate.
• Deliver excellent client experiences and promptly resolve inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with bank regulations and internal controls.
• Assist with daily operations and training of new associates.
