Expect involvement in audits, training, and cross-selling to bank partners to grow relationships and ensure efficient, secure processing of financial transactions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center cash operations: cashboxes, vault, ATM, and TCRs, ensuring proper balance and security.
• Process client transactions accurately, with sound judgment for approvals and overrides to prevent fraud and errors.
• Communicate policy, procedure, and compliance updates to the team.
• Manage access controls and secure handling of keys and sensitive assets.
• Support compliance and risk management, including cash audits and record retention.
• Lead the Operational Performance of the banking center by controlling key risk areas and audit processes.
• Ensure audit and security policies are followed during open hours and at opening/closing of the center.
• Coordinate cash, Official Checks, and Personal Money Orders through dual control.
• Drive Client Experience initiatives and resolve client issues promptly to maintain service quality.
• Cross-sell and refer to bank partners to deepen client relationships.
