Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center cash operations (cashboxes, vault, ATM, TCRs) to ensure accurate, secure operations within policy.
• Process client transactions accurately with sound judgment to prevent fraud and errors.
• Communicate policy, procedure, and compliance updates to the team.
• Manage access controls and secure handling of keys and sensitive assets.
• Lead client experience initiatives and resolve client issues promptly.
• Cross-sell and refer to bank partners to deepen relationships.
• Schedule staff and supervise the transactional processing team; monitor training needs and performance.

Education
