• Monitor cash handling, vault control, and daily balancing.
• Coach staff and conduct teller meetings to implement policies.
• Cross-sell bank products and refer clients to partners.
• Ensure compliance with banking policies and risk controls.
• Oversee scheduling and performance evaluations.
