Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center cash operations including cashboxes, vault, ATM, and TCRs to ensure center cash is managed, balanced, and secured within policy.
• Process client transactions accurately and efficiently with sound judgments to safeguard against fraud and errors.
• Stay informed on operational updates and communicate policy, procedure, and compliance changes to the team.
• Lead client experience efforts and resolve client issues effectively to ensure excellent service.
• Cross-sell and refer to bank partners to deepen client relationships and grow business.
• Observe, coach, and lead the processing team to execute strategic initiatives.
