• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures affecting day‑to‑day operations.
• Provide quality, accurate, and timely customer service involving daily processing of financial transactions.
• Oversee center cash operations including cashboxes, vault, ATM, and TCRs to ensure security and balance.
• Lead client experience efforts and resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
• Cross‑sell and refer to bank partners to grow business and client relationships.
• Schedule staff and coach the transactional processing team; evaluate performance and training needs.
