Job summary

The WesBanco Bank Inc. Fort Wayne Banking Center is seeking a courteous Customer Service Advisor to deliver outstanding service, identify sales opportunities, and open new deposit accounts. You will support customers with transactions, promote bank products, and refer clients to business partners as needed.

You will also make outbound calls to onboard new Retail customers, build relationships, and contribute to achieving branch goals while complying with bank policies and security standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3 years of cash handling, sales or customer service experience.
• Minimum of 1 year banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify referral opportunities and promote bank products.
• Open new deposit accounts and process transactions.
• Accurately handle cash drawer with balancing procedures and compliance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues.
• Make outbound calls for onboarding and relationship building.
