• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year banking experience preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years cash handling, sales or customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Initiate conversations to assess the financial needs of Banking Center customers and refer to business partners for promotion of bank products and services.
• Accept and accurately process all financial service transactions.
• Open new deposit accounts and operate a cash drawer with proper balancing and cash handling.
• Comply with security and audit procedures and maintain appropriate controls.
• Achieve production and referral goals through relationship development, outbound calls, partner referrals, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with branch staff to promote a team environment and meet location goals.
• Promote bank products and make appropriate referrals as defined by location goals.
• Educate staff on identifying opportunities to advance customers' financial wellness.
