Job summary

WesBanco in Cambridge, OH is seeking a Customer Service Advisor (CSA) to deliver excellent customer service, open new deposit accounts, and promote bank products. The role is 100% in office at the Cambridge Banking Center, with occasional float to Barnesville, Flushing, Bethesda, and Woodsfield centers.

You will build relationships, identify referral opportunities, and handle daily banking transactions while following security procedures and branch policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year banking experience preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of cash handling, sales and customer service experience required.
• Excellent customer service and ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Open new deposit accounts and operate a cash drawer.
• Balance cash and follow cash handling procedures.
• Identify referral opportunities and promote bank products.
• Outbound calls for onboarding and prospecting new Retail customers.
• Provide service and resolve customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with branch staff to meet goals.
