Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of banking experience preferred.
• Minimum of three years of cash handling, sales and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Models the Bank's Mission, Vision, and Pledge.
• Assess financial needs and refer customers to business partners for promotion of bank products and services.
• Process financial service transactions and open new deposit accounts.
• Balance cash drawer and follow cash handling procedures while seeking referrals.
• Maintain security and audit procedures.
• Achieve production and referral goals through relationship development and outreach.
• Promote bank products and refer customers to internal partners.
• Engage in outbound calls for onboarding and prospecting new retail customers.
• Collaborate with branch staff to meet goals and support team environment.
• Attend regular staff meetings and provide high-level service resolution.
