Job summary

WesBanco is seeking a Customer Service Advisor (CSA) to deliver outstanding customer service, process banking transactions, and promote a broad range of WesBanco products and services. The role is 100% in-office at a designated WesBanco location, with the Bowie Banking Center as a possible posting.

The CSA will open new deposit accounts, handle cash drawer duties, and build relationships with customers while meeting production and referral goals through proactive outreach and partner referrals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of banking experience preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of cash handling, sales or customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Open new deposit accounts and operate a cash drawer.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote Bank products and services.
• Identify and refer customers to business partners for bank referrals.
• Promote a positive Banking Center environment and achieve goals through relationship development.
• Initiate outbound calls for onboarding and prospecting new Retail customers.
