Job summary

WesBanco, Inc. in Cambridge, OH seeks a Customer Service Advisor 1 to deliver outstanding customer service, process deposits, and promote bank products at the Cambridge Banking Center with potential to float to Barnesville, Flushing, Bethesda, and Woodsfield Banking Centers.

The role supports daily operations, opens accounts, handles transactions, and helps achieve branch goals through outbound calls and relationship building with customers and internal partners.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of banking experience preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of cash handling, sales, and customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Identify referral opportunities and promote bank products.
• Open new deposit accounts and operate a cash drawer with balancing procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and build consumer/business relationships.
• Execute outbound calls for customer onboarding and referrals.
• Promote cross-sell opportunities with internal partners.
