Job summary

WesBanco is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to operate in our Vienna Banking Center, with 100% in-office hours. You will support customer transactions, open deposit accounts, and promote bank products through referrals. The role emphasizes relationship building and compliance with banking policies.

The CSA will engage in outbound calls for onboarding and outreach, helping to grow the local retail customer base and ensure excellent service delivery within the branch.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year banking experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of cash handling, sales or customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Operate as a CSR and assist customers with account transactions.
• Open new deposit accounts and balance cash drawer following procedures.
• Identify referral opportunities and promote Bank's products and services with customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal partners for banking needs.
• Provide outbound outreach for customer onboarding and prospecting in the local market.
