Qualifications

• 3 years of Cash Handling, Sales or Customer Service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Opens new deposit accounts and operates a cash drawer while balancing cash procedures.
• Processes financial service transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Initiates outbound calls and referrals to promote bank products and services.
• Identifies referral opportunities and builds customer relationships.
• Complies with security, audit procedures and maintains confidentiality of customer information.
• Participates in staff meetings and collaborates with branch staff to meet goals.
