Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to identify referrals and cross-sell bank products.
• Banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open new deposit accounts and operate a cash drawer with proper balancing.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote bank products and services.
• Perform outbound calls for onboarding and prospecting of new retail customers.
• Make qualified referrals to internal and external partners.
• Support daily branch operations and adhere to security and compliance procedures.
