WesBanco, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to deliver outstanding service, identify sales opportunities, and process banking transactions in the branch. You will open accounts, manage cash and drive referrals to partners while supporting branch goals.

The role emphasizes relationship building with customers and proactive outreach to onboard new Retail banking relationships. Strong communication and banking product knowledge are needed, with a focus on security and compliance.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year banking experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years cash handling, sales, and customer service experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service and promote bank products and services.
• Identify referral opportunities and refer customers to partners as appropriate.
• Open new deposit accounts and process transactions accurately.
• Initiate outbound calls for customer onboarding and new Retail banking opportunities.
• Build and sustain relationships with customers and internal partners.
• Promote a team environment and align with branch goals.
