Job summary

WesBanco, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to provide exceptional service, open accounts, and promote banking products. You will respond to customer needs and refer opportunities to internal partners as appropriate.

You will also initiate outbound calls to onboard new Retail customers and support ongoing relationship building within the Banking Center. Strong communication and cash handling skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year banking experience preferred.
• 3 years of cash handling, sales and customer service experience required.
