Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of banking experience preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of Cash Handling, Sales or Customer Service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and promote bank products and services.
• Open new deposit accounts and process financial transactions accurately.
• Identify referral opportunities and refer customers to business partners as needed.
• Prospect new retail customers through outbound calls and community outreach.
• Maintain security controls and follow bank policies and procedures.
• Work with branch staff to meet goals and deliver a positive customer experience.
