The CSA will support CSR functions, ensure security and policy compliance, and contribute to a positive banking center environment. Strong communication and product knowledge are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must possess the ability to generate new financial relationships through outbound calling and building a loyal customer base.
• Strong product knowledge for the level of selling expected with the position.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook 365 and various Banking Software programs.

Responsibilities

• Model the Bank's Mission, Vision, and Pledge.
• Assess financial needs and refer customers to business partners for product promotion.
• Process financial service transactions accurately and open new deposit accounts.
• Balance cash drawer and follow cash handling procedures; uncover opportunities for products and services.
• Maintain security controls and comply with audit procedures.
• Achieve production and referral goals through relationship development and onboarding calls.
• Communicate effectively with branch staff to promote teamwork and meet goals.
• Educate customers on opportunities to improve financial wellness.
