Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to provide exceptional service while promoting bank products and building relationships within the Banking Center. You will handle deposits and account transactions, and refer clients to partners as applicable.

The role includes outbound outreach for onboarding new Retail customers and ongoing product promotion. Strong communication and collaboration with internal teams are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of banking experience preferred.
• Minimum of three years of Cash Handling, Sales, and Customer Service experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and ability to identify referral opportunities.
• Ability to initiate outbound calls and promote bank products.

Responsibilities

• Open new deposit accounts and process transactions.
• Assess financial needs and refer to business partners.
• Promote bank products and services and meet referral goals.
• Operate within security and audit procedures.
• Communicate with branch staff and customers to resolve issues.
• Support daily vault duties and cash control.
• Answer incoming calls and assist onboarding.
