Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while identifying sales opportunities and performing account transactions.
• Open new deposit accounts and handle cash with accurate balancing.
• Promote bank products and services and refer to internal/external partners.
• Engage in outbound calls for customer onboarding and prospecting Retail customers.
• Maintain security procedures and comply with bank policies.
