Job summary

WesBanco's Leonardtown Banking Center seeks a Customer Service Advisor to provide outstanding customer service, identify referrals, and promote bank products. You will support CSR activities, handle deposits, and connect customers to business partners for referrals.

The role includes outbound calls, onboarding new Retail customers, and promoting financial products while maintaining security and compliance with bank policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year banking experience preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of cash handling, sales, and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify referral opportunities and promote bank products and services.
• Open new deposit accounts and process financial transactions.
• Provide outbound onboarding calls and prospect new Retail customers.
• Meet production and referral goals through relationship development and partner referrals.
• Maintain security and audit procedures and protect customer information.
